you are a member of an organisation which meets regularly at a particular restaurant. The most recent meal you had there was not satisfactory, and you were very disappointed with the quality of the food and the behaviour of the staff.
Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant.
Explain what was wrong with the meal and the services, and suggest what he/she should do to ensure that your group return to the restaurant.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the meal and the services of your restaurant. I and my group members often come to your restaurant for a group discussion about our work as we are working on a project together and after that, we eat dinner here.
Let me explain to you about the food and services of your restaurant last night. Firstly, when we arrive and order starters, it takes 30 minutes to your staff to get these and the cutlery is not enough for 7 of us and full of dirt. After calling the waiter, plates and spoons were replaced. Meanwhile, the main meal was served but the rice is too cold and does not look like fresh at all. Also, the meat was not tender and have a stinky smell.
I recommend you to train your staff and check on the duties of your staff so that, the customer will not get disappointed. I would like to suggest to your chefs to properly cook the meal and it should be warm before serving the customer. We will hope that you will fix these problems otherwise, we will not come to your restaurant in the future.
Hope you will consider these suggestions.
Yours faithfully,
