You are moving to a new country ,write a letter to the accommodation agency to rent a houseIn your letter describeYourself and your familyWhich area you would like to live inAnd what facilities you need in the house.

Dear Manager,

My name is Joseph Allen and I would be moving to Canada on my job in the coming month. I am writing to you to help me rent a decent home for our entire stay in Canada. So, here are more details about my family and our specifications to rent a home.

I am a sales manager and my office is located in Matheson Blvd, Mississauga. We are a family of three people: my wife, my two-year-old daughter. We are looking for a home which is not only in close proximity to my office that makes my commute easy but also has grocery stores and shopping mall in the vicinity as this helps at the beginning of our stay until we settle in and buy a car. My wife would plan to work once we move in and settle a bit around with the new place, and therefore it would be convenient to have any go stations nearby.

Furthermore, we would like to move into a semi-furnished double bedroom house with at least 2 bathrooms and it should have certain minimum amenities like in-house washer and dryer, a dishwasher with the 24-hour water supply of hot and cold water. Hope you could find a rented house with the above-mentioned requirements before we land in Canada.

Looking forward to hearing from you with the news about rent house availability.

Your's Sincerely,
Joseph
