Dear Mr. Barnes,
I am writing in connection with the course that I am enrolled in at your esteemed institution. This letter is to request you for a transfer from my current subject into a more relevant one, which will suit my requirements.
I am in the first year of the All about marketing 101 since July of this year. As I work in an advertising agency, I believed this course will give me a push in my professional growth trajectory. I am very happy with the professors and the fact that I can attend these lectures after work due to its convenient evening slots. Unfortunately, I have now realised that this subject is not what I was looking for when I enrolled into the school.
In the program brochure, there was a mention about covering the digital marketing developments, however, this was restricted to only an article from Times magazine on this topic. The predominant reason for selecting not only this course but also this institute was the promise of helping me stay up-to-date on the recent advancements in this field. Moreover, when I suggested for adding these topics, the teacher informed me that it does not fit into the timetable.
I would like you to transfer me into the new Digital Marketing 201 which commences from the start of the next month. I am happy to move either to the weekend batch or the evening classes.
I look forward to receiving your positive revert on my request for a course change for my 2nd year.
