Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the changing room of My Fitness center that you are managing.
Last night, I visited your gym center for a work-out session after a long working day. I expected a good time there as it is an expensive and famous sports complex center, but what I got was a total disappointment for your facilities, especially the male changing room. It is in a bad state as the water is leaking all over the place, there is garbage on the floor without any attention, one of the toilets can’t even be flushed.
The unacceptable and sub-standard of the male changing room leaves me very furious at the time that I couldn’t finish my work-out. I suggest your management team to look into this issue as soon as possible and correct it as it is effecting your customer experience with your services. Furthermore, I demand a total refund for the entry ticket I paid yesterday, I feel the price is not justified with the service your center is providing.
Please take this complaint seriously and act accordingly.
