I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your irresponsible service. My name is urvashi and I am a regular customer of your prominent bank ICICI.
Two weeks ago, when I visited to your bank I have completed the procedures of issuing new cheque book. Your assistant manager assured ne that after after one week I would be able to get my cheque book. Infact, I am waiting from last 15 days but did not get any positive response.
I would like to know, when will you sorround me with that as next week I will have to submit some essential paymentby cheque. Therefore, need of cheque is desperately required. I would also want to know the real reason of delay.
You are requested to take some proactive steps and provide me that as soon as possible. Next, I strongly assert that this problem must be addressed at the earliest because the way of dealing is extremely disappointing.
I hope this letter will awaken you to serve the community in a better way.
