you are planning to stay in a hotel in an English speaking country. You are writing to the hotel manager to find out some additional information. In your letter ask the following questions: • What the daily rate for one standard room is
What are the facilities in the hotel
Whether the hotel offers excursions to the nearby tourist sites
Dear Manager,
I am writing to ask for some information about your hotel where I am intending to stay from 23rd April 2017 and I hope that I would get answers to most of my questions which I would raise in the below paragraphs.
First of all, I would like to know the daily standard rates for one night stay at your hotel.
Secondly, I would be interested to know more details about the facilities at your hotel like availability of rooms for business meetings and an auditorium for speaking conferences which will be organized by my company. In addition to this, it would be great if an arrangement can be made for the recreational facilities like tea and snacks.
Finally, I would appreciate if you can provide me some more information on the excursions offered by the hotel. In particular, I would want to know that do you guys offer any road-trips to Picasso museum and Alfred national park which is hardly 200 miles from your hotel.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully
Faizal
