Hello Jay,
I hope you’re staying safe there. It’s been a while I haven’t updated you about the things going on in here. Unfortunately, I’m just writing to inform you about the recent storm that hit the city.
Initially, I was really scared by hearing this out, and I called my parents to be here to support me. Although repetitive warnings were issued by the metrological department last Friday, the storm didn’t reach until midnight on Saturday.
But the time it reached the city, everything was already secured by the disaster management team. However, there is a small catch. Your front porch was damaged by the fast blowing wind and knock open the hole on the front door.
So, before calling up the service guy, I thought to check about the insurance which you took last year. Is it with, Reliance? If that is the case, I'll get it fixed by the time you will get home. Don’t need to worry much about it!
I'll take care of it, and let me know if anything else needed to be repaired.
