Dear Sir,

I am working as Assistant Manager in your legal team and writing this letter to request you some time off from work.

Currently,my profile is to deal with Patent work. After recognizing importance of Intellectual property rights, I decided to embark my new career, by pursuing Diploma in Copy right laws. Hence, I request you leave for 4 months as course is intensive and full time.

Subsequently, after resuming to my regular work, I promise to update all my pending work by spending extra hours during weekends. Further, I am planning to take help from my colleagues who happily agreed to attend my work on urgent basis. On the other hand, our teammates will share me enough data to proceed with the supply margin for on going demand.

As you must be aware, potentials of candidate with knowledge in diversified subjects, will not only brings prospects to my professional life but also rise stakes of our company. Certainly, my newly acquired expertise, shall open doors to new market for our organisation. Similarly, sharing my skills with other employers will reduce training costs that we endure on annual workshop.

After explaining myself, I hope you find my proposal reasonable and look forward for your response.

Yours faithfully,

Jones.
