Dear Manager,
I am pleasure to say my name MJ and I am writing to take two months intensive ESL course at Rosetta stone school. My university is paying for my fee, and I am taking this course on my summer vacation instead of final internship. It is expected I will pass an English Proficiency Test as a result, and be transferred a international student. Therefore, it is rather important to me that I am able to study in the best environment.
I am staying in hall of residence in this college. While my room is neat and the facilities have good conditions, but the habitat is extremely noisy from other stories. When I organized my things, I was assured I would be staying only with post-graduate or intensive-course students. However, most of the people in this dorm are doing summer-school courses due to academic failure, and they are all under 22. It seems to me they are enjoying one long party: certainly no one observes light out or turns down music despite being asked to. Actually, I watched some inappropriate scene during last night party.
I wonder if I may be moved to an accommodation which is more productive to have serious study, or I may use the remainder of my accommodation fee to go towards payment for a hotel. I really want to get your positive reply as soon as you see the email.
I look forward to delightful hearing from you.
Best wishes,
MJ
