Dear Jane,
I am Raven, University student living in on campus accommodation in South block building. I am writing this letter to you to bring it to your notice about internet problem existing in my room. I have subscribed for unlimited package 4G band connection services. However, from past 2 weeks I am facing serious connection issues. Main problem is I am not getting sufficient browsing speed and during night times my connection is almost lost.
As it is peak of my study period internet is must for my research papers and other online exams. Final preparation test is posted for end of next month. I cannot fully prepare for my presentations without speed internet. As I am overseas student my communication to family members is not possible with existing network connection. Hence, I request you to make necessary arrangement for speed and efficient Internet by this weekend. I hope you will take immediate action action to improve the quality internet service which is helpful not just for me but also for all student in my campus.
