Dear Sir,
My name is Ronald and I am a Masters student living on University campus accommodation. My identification number is RN236253SB staying in south block room no-23. I am writing this letter to complain about problem with internet connection in my room and perhaps you could help me.
Recently, I opted for online classes as current lockdown rules constrained me from attending classes. Relying on fast broadband services available at our hostel, I booked for some language classes as well. However, severe network problems hindering my studies and some times takes hours to get just login to college website. On the other hand, because of many people trying to connect through same router, none of us are able to utilise internet services.
On behalf of all tenants, I request you to kindly fix the problem by either installing few more modems or provide different LAN lines in our rooms. Probably, we need to update our services to 5G as demand for online education is increasing. Another approach is, to schedule different time slots so that every once of us can have uninterrupted network. Please understand, time is crucial for me as deadline to present my thesis is very near.
Hoping to hear from you.
Yours faithfully,
Ronald
