Dear Serene,
Good morning, I am writing this letter to request you for a leave in the next month.
I am working so hard from the last quarter to meet all the project deadlines. Daily working for about 10 hours of day handling my tasks as well as helping other colleagues . Weekends are not exceptions from the last month or so. We are well appreciated by the company higher officials for closing the project on a happy note.
After immense pressure, I would like to take an off now from my work. I wanted to go on a holiday to visit the Birmingham palace. Please help me to approve the leave for next month. There are only 20 working days in the coming month as per the companies calendar. Hope you note down.
Regarding my outstanding work, I will knowledge transfer Steve to cover the pending tickets by updating the users promptly. He can always reach me through my email if he have any queries. Kindly excuse me for the delay may cause for the reply. Thank you for your support.
