Dear Mr. James,
First of all, I appreciate the initiative being taken by the management of our company to support the local society financially and with the items of needs. I am writing to suggest one orphan school to which our company may help next time.
Let me describe the details. This is a school for orphan children named as 'Desire Society' situated in Gurgaon. Pupils are too talented and recently won the first runners up trophy in cricket tournament held locally.
I believe that if professional training will be provided to these youngsters then they will definitely do wonders in this field. Moreover, these kids will encourage others in the society to develop their interests without thinking of any barriers.
Therefore, I suggest that our company should sponsor cricket training under the guidance of professional coach for these children. If our budget allow us then help with necessary cricket equipment such as bats, balls, jerseys would be of great help.
I hope that you will take my suggestion under consideration and do your best to help this society.
