Dear Sir,
Through this letter I would like to tell you about the reason for not returning the books on determined time.
Actually, two books heve been carried by me. First is named 'Software Keys' and second one is 'Application Developer'. These are written by 'George Lynn' and 'William Kate' respectively. I had borrowed them for gaining additional information about my computer course. I thought that I will return the books after completing the segment of course but it could not happen.
My uncle was sorrowed with serious disease on those days. When I heard that I decided to go at his residence in Chandigarh. He is very close to our family and specially he loves me a lot. So, it had taken some days for take caring of my uncle.
Now I request you to give me extension of some days. So that, I can complete my syllabus and I am also ready for giving penalty on the over duration of having books.
I hope you will accept my petition.
