You bought a music concert ticket. However, you are unable to go. So you offer a ticket to your friend.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:
• Explain detailed the concert.
• Why you are unable to go
• How can your friend receive the ticket?
Dear Ben,
How have you been? Hope you are doing great. Remember, last time when we met we were discussing Bran Adam's concert which was soon going to be in our city. The performance will take place at the College Grounds, South Block that is quite near to your place and the same will be broadcasted on the local channel. it will be a great moment to see your favourite rockstar so closely.
I bought the ticket for the same on a good discounted rate but I will not be able to stick to the plan as I have to travel to attend a conference. However, I was trying to schedule it for next week but none of the speakers is available hence, cannot be ignored.
So instead of letting it go why don't you go and enjoy the show and record it for me as well. you can come to my place tomorrow or on Friday to collect anytime after 8 PM.
Let me know if you are interested or not.
Regards,
Chris
