You bought a TV a week ago but when you got home you discovered it did not work properly.
You called customer service to report the problem but you have not yet received any help.
Write a letter to the company and in your letter.
• Introduce yourself
• Explain the problem
• And state what action you would like from the company.
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Deepak Sharma and I am frequent customers of your store. I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase from one of your outlets located at Elante Mall on 5th January.
Let me elaborate, I visited your store to purchase a smart TV and I bought a MI-4A 40 inches smart TV. When I boxed it, I faced a number of problems. Firstly, the remote control was missing in the box and without it, I was not able to operate it. Secondly, Television looks like used one because I noticed a few scratches on the front screen. Therefore, on Friday, I contacted your company customer support and they assured me to rectify the issues. It is almost two weeks and I did not receive any call or solution from your company. I am really distress and shocked to experience such types of goods and services.
I would really appreciate it if you could give me a full refund or replace the TV on an urgent basis. I would suggest you address my issues urgently because of it all about your company's reputation.
I look forward to hearing from you at earlier convenience.
Yours faithfully,
Deepak Sharma
