Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for a job offer for the position of assistant manager and at the same time, I want to apprise you with the reason to reject this offer.
First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to assess my candidature and considering me suitable for this position. Also, I am highly impressed with the employee-friendly work culture at your organization and would recommend to my friends as well.
However, after careful deliberation, I have decided to stay at my present company as I think It is not the right time to leave.
My organization is promoting me to the position of a manager and I would be leading a team of more than a hundred, which would be a quite challenging and learning experience for me. Moreover, I would be relocated to Canada after promotion. Therefore, by considering all these opportunities for which I have worked hard for years, I would not be able to accept the position offered by your company.
I hope that you would try to understand my reason for turning down this job offer. Once again, I thank you for believing in my abilities and offering me an opportunity to work for your group.
I regret the inconvenience caused due to this.
