I am head of Human Resouce Department at your company. I would like to draw your kind attention to buy an electronic attendance machine. As its name states that this will make the attendance of employees and maintain that record internally as employees will give their any fingers impression, on a designated slot of it, at the time of in and out.
It has been noticed thatt taking attendance on register is little clumpsy as that time office needs a separate person to take attendance that might affect office work. As well as, sometimes there is a little long line of employees to sign their in time with their signatures. This delays them to reach at their workplaces five to ten minutes late. However, placing an attendance machine at the main door of office makes the things easier and help overcoming above mentioned problems.
I have searched a number of attendance machine manufaturing companies and their nearest store from where company can buy the best quality product. Even, I have sent a few emails to the dealers to enquire about it, like quality, discounted rates, with all included services. If you could permit me to meet them personally to know more about product, benefits, price and warranty. It would be good for the company.
