Dear Sir,

I am Barkavi, and I had travelled on you bus a week ago. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction on the incident that happened on your bus while travelling.

On 1st May 2023, I was waiting at the Singanallur bus stand to board Dindigul route bus. Though there were several bus, all of them were extremely crowded, due to the fact that following day was Pongal. As I could not find any direct bus, I tried to get inside one of your bus that passes through Dindigul, but the conductor did not allow me to enter. Instead, he asked me to get a full ticket to Madurai if not i cannot travel in the bus. This action of him was very disrespectful and had spoiled the excitement of going back home for a festival. I tried to argue with him but ended up getting a full ticket to Madurai.

I would strongly suggest that you install CCTV camera in all your buses, so that you can look back to it when ever there is an incident. Henceforth, I would really appreciate if you could investigate more into this issue and take immediate action on this person and also need to make sure that this incident does not happen again.

Looking forward to your immediate action on this problem.

Yours Sincerely,
Barkavi
