Dear Mr. Smith,
This letter is written to you in regards of the work done in my home and the unexpected results that my family and I have found.
As a start, the paint job done was with a rough texture on the opposite of our specific request for it to be smooth. Not only the paint job gone wrong, but also the basement soundproofing installation is not enough for my son to practice rock and roll. Regarding the room splitting into two smaller rooms, the separating wall is tilted towards one of the rooms.
Undeniably, the results we have found after three weeks of work was not satisfying. Not to mention that all our specific requests submitted in the contract was neglected entirely. And the job quality was not up to your advertised high standard quality work.
All of these issues and problems needs to be addressed in an immediate manner. The paint job has to be removed and redone. As well as the basement soundproofing and the splitting wall installations needs to be corrected. Not only these mistakes requires fixing, but also no additional charges will be applicable in any of the cases.
Your quick attention to this notice letter is highly appreciated.
