My name is John Wick and i am a student who rented and my friends an estate from your agency.
I am writing this letter regarding the house me and my two other roommates are staying now which we are facing a few situations we would like to address.
To start with, The place where we are staying contains 4 bedrooms while we are only three students. Therefore, the rental fees each is paying is more than we can afford and we would like to suggest you to find us a fourth person who can share the fourth room with us.
Moreover, we are facing difficulties with the water heater in one if the bathrooms as we think it is not working at all.
Also, the locks on the rooms' doors are rusted and not functioning as supposed to, thus we request you to send us someone to change these locks.
We really hope you can assist us with aforementioned problems in the nearest possible.
