This letter is to bring to your attention the unprofessional flooring work that your team did in my house.
I have placed an order with your concern in order to renovate the old flooring in my house and lay new fashioned tiles. I have also asked you to paint the walls by completely removing the old wallpapers.
I am extremely dissatisfied with your team’s work and it is really disheartening that you have charged me a hefty sum of money for your work. The issues that I find with your work are the tiles are not of good quality and they are not laid well, due to which at many parts of the floor tiles have risen and broken. In addition to this the paints are not coated well on the wall owing to the fact that wallpaper scarps are not removed completely and it makes the wall look ugly with patches of paint.
Having said the above issues, I request you to correct these issues by laying the tiles again with a good amount of cement. Apart from this, I also want you to rework on the wall paints by scrapping out the remainings of the wallpaper completely and paint again. I demand that you do these corrections without making any additional charges.
