Essay topics:

You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter
-Say where you think you left the papers
-Explain why they are so important
-Tell the manager what you want him/her to do.

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that I have places some of my vital official documents in your hotel and seeking your assistance in getting the document back.

I visited your hotel to attend a meeting two days ago and the event took place at the Main hall. I remember that I places the documents in the hall but I am perplexed as I cannot remember exactly where I kept it in the room. It can be either on the round table that is behind the stage or on the podium's shelf.

The document is very significant as it contains one of my income certificates. Moreover, it also contains the personal details of all the employees of my company. So I am quite worried that if it is taken by some unauthorized personnel, it will be misused.

I request you to garner those documents as early as possible and so I can send my personal assistant to collect those documents. Perhaps, if you need any proof that the document is mine, I can come in person to collect it.

I hope you will take necessary steps in helping me to get those documents back sooner.

Best wishes,
Smith
