You have been invited to give a talk at a local community college in America about your home country. Write a letter to the secretary of the college. In your letter
accept the invitation and offer a possible date for the talk
summarise what information you will include in the talk
say what equipment you will need the college to arrange for you to give the talk
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am writing this to inform you that please consider this as my humble acceptance for your invitation. I am great full to you for recognising my work and giving me a chance to share information about my home country. I would be happy to join you all on 24th November, it would be easier for me if you organise that on this date. I assume that I will not be available after that, as I am travelling for some official work.
I would like to present a brief summery of my view points related to talk. I will discuss diverse nature of my country which makes it unique. Multiple factors related to agriculture will be included. As well as, I would speak about it's great history and what other technological developments are being done. Although my main focus will be to make everyone aware abut the cultural beauty of my county, which will be the key factor.
I will entail some technological support for my presentation. I request you to kindly arrange a projector for better view of slides . Also, I don't want any inconvenience related to my audibility so, please provide good quality mike. Hopefully you will consider my request.
I am really thank full for you giving me this opportunity.
Looking forward for more associations like this.
Yours Faithfully,
John
