Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Tanmoy Das and I am a regular customer of your electronics shop at 2767 South Part Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am writing this letter to complain about a faulty camera I have purchased from your shop.
On Wednesday, 13rd December, I bought a Canon t3i Rebel along with a kit lens and a prime lens, whose invoice number is B01199-20. Although I was assured by your salesperson that the camera will perform smoothly, the first day I went for outdoor photography, I found out that the prime lens was focusing on random points instead of focusing on faces, eventually leading to blurry or shallow photos. I immediately contacted a customer care representative of your company last week and dropped off the product in the nearby repair shop. I am exceedingly disappointed to inform you that the lens is not repaired yet.
I am almost certain that this is a manufacturing defect, and I am therefore entitled to a new lens according to the warranty policy stated.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
