You have a full-time job and are also doing a part-time evening course.
Write a letter to the course tutor. In your letter
describe the situation
explain why you can not continue at this time
say what action you would like to take

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that, I am unable to make it happen to attend the evening class. At my work place i was assigned with a new project.

As I already informed to you that, i have been working as a permanent employee in a software company. Recently, my manager told me that a new project has signed be client and i should start work on that complex task.

Moreover, I should attend the calls with the client every day evening. In addition to this, my colleague is also on vacation who can share my work in critical situations. By the time i complete my calls and work it would be too late, so that, it may not be possible to continue the course at this point of time.

However, I assume that this assignment will be completed by next month. After this work, i would have enough free time to to pick the missed classes by spending more time to learn.I would request your time to teach me by scheduling a new course plan for me.

I will look forward to your reply.

Yours Sincerely,
Divya Garapati.
