Dear Sir,
My name is Ali Askar, register number A1343BC, doing final year BCA in your institution on part time basis. I am writing to you to address my concern regarding the schedule of the course.
Apart from being a student in your college, I have been working as software programmer in Walton Ch. Corporation. My working hours starts at 8am and finishes by 5pm. For the past two years, I was able to manage my employment and studies pretty well. However, the sudden changes from its previous slot of 7 pm to the current slot of 4 pm makes it difficult for me to continue the course.
I would appreciate if you could reschedule the timing at least to 6 pm so that I can resume my course as soon as possible. In addition to this, please let me know whether I can attend the sessions during the weekends.
Awaiting for your kind response.
Yours Faithfully
Ali Askar
