Dear Mr John,
I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to continue my evening trading course starting today. Please allow me to elaborate my situation.
As you know, I work with FIS global as a full-time systems Analyst, and my firm has recently shifted its location from west to East of the Pune city. Considering the traffic situation in Pune, as you might have guessed, it takes me a lot of time travelling to and from office. Consequently, I am finding it difficult to attend the evening classes. Your classes have been of very much help to me in the recent months and I really would like to continue, however I am finding it difficult to do so. Nevertheless, I was wondering if you have any batch over the weekends and if you can squeeze me in, that would be a life saver. Also, please let me know if you have any online courses or webinars that I can attend to, as this will help me study during my travel time.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Yours Gratefully
Amar Singh
