Dear Mrs. Smith,

I am Abhishek Jog from the second regular batch for 'Quality Six Sigma Traning' batch held by you every weekday. I am writing to discuss the unavoidable situation at my end which has made me dropthe course.
As you are aware of my full-time job as an engineer at Oracle financial services. There have been some new advancements in the current project of mine and the end project release deadlines are made more stringent. Apart from this, I am also working on two more projects which are deliverable at this month end. Being at the center, My responsibilities have increased tremendously. In order to code up the pressure, I have to work in my free time.
I have tried working parallelly for following the course and work. However, It has been difficult for me to address both at the same time. I have decided to keep the training for 'Quality Six Sigma Traning' on hold for time being. The training is very important to me, as it would help me uplift my career growth. I would request you to please help me shift my course timelines, if possible to end of June.
I am very much interested to complete the course. Please help me. I would like to hear back from you. I would also appreciate if there are any other ways which could help me complete or follow the course.
