Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Romeo Winchester, I just gained admission into the department of biotechnology. I am writing to arrange for a single room occupancy.

I would very much like an accommodation in a student area, but definitely not in the college hostel. the house should have a single bed, a chair and a table. the house should be in a secure and serene environment that is not that far from the school; walkable distance. Furthermore, I would prefer a house that is on the top floor of a three-story building were there is enough ventilation.

I do not really like a house that is overpopulated with students, as this make it difficult to study through the amount of noise they generate. the house in question should not be located close to a business premises because of security reasons. I do not fancy a house in which the landlord also live; this is to avoid the scrutiny that comes from them, I am someone who likes freedom and privacy.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Yours faithfully,

Romeo Winchester
