Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in reference to clarify in a recent letter I had received from the bank on an overdrawn transaction.
The letter stated that an amount of 240$ was overdrawn from my account vide transaction T567DEFRTFND and the bank will be charging me a penalty of 70$ for this transaction. To elucidate I had taken a loan on my car and loan repayment was completed last month however when I cross check it with my monthly bank statement the amount of 240$ has still been deducted.
Thus I would seek an explanation from the bank that why the loan amount has been deducted despite the loan amount closure. I am also attaching the loan closure letter from the bank which I received last month. Furthermore, for this transaction, I would ask you to credit back the amount of 240$ back into my account.
