I am writing in reference to inquire about my suitcase which I had lost in transit from Singapore to Bangkok. Let me explain in detail.
As you are aware that I am a regular business class flyer with Thai airlines on this route. Although I have had a great flying experience with you in the past with excellent customer service however my last flight was a disappointing one especially due to the fact the flight landed 2 hours late and on arrival my check-in luggage was missing. To elucidate the bag is turquoise green in colour with travel stickers on it. The bag is of big sentimental value to me as it rejuvenates memories of travel to some of the famous destinations across the globe. For your information, the bag contains official documents along with cash of 500 USD.
Lastly, I would like to inform you that I have been following up with the airlines for a week but no resolution has been provided. Hence I would like you to follow up with your ground staff and provide a concrete resolution to recover my luggage immediately.
