You should write...*why was the conference useful. * what will be the presentation about? * Suggest why the presentation will interest your colleagues.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you that my visit to Satellite conference has been very insightful hence I would like to prepare a presentation and share it with my colleagues who would find it very interesting. The presentation will cover deep insights on the upcoming trends satellite industry. Let me explain in detail.
To elucidate my visit to Communic Asia in Singapore was very useful as most of the leading vendors from the satellite industry were present. I attended multiple seminars from baseband and satellite operators which were very interesting and shared knowledge about new markets like in-flight connectivity and mobility. Additionally, the seminar also shared the latest technologies and products which can be offered to the customer for these markets. Although I wanted to prepare a detailed presentation however it will make the audience bored hence I will prepare a brief one with key pointers. The presentation will cover satellite technologies for the new markets and some business cases along with the case studies.
Lastly, I believe the presentation will interest many colleagues as in-flight connectivity and mobility business have huge potential in India, therefore, learning new trends will enable to prepare in advance so that we can pitch these solutions to our potential customers.
I look forward to your response and approval.
Yours sincerely
Saud
