I am, Bibhu kalita, a neighbor next to your apartment, and have shifted to the new apartment, A-32, last Monday with my wife.
As a ritual, a home-warming party suppose to be organised by me on this weekend. I have invited all my office colleagues for the celebration. Party will start from 11 a.m. with "Ganesh Puja" - a Hindu ritual, followed by lunch. Most of the items like decoration, arrangement of lunch are out sourced as a result there will be noise since 7 a.m. on the weekend. I have taken care of noise issue, and try my level best to minimize the disturbance on Sunday. However, if there will be any noise, I would like to apologize in advance.
It is my privilege to invite you to be present with your family on this auspicious day. I am quite sure that you will love our arrangement, and hope our bonding will get stronger.
