you have just read an article in an international travel magazine which contained some information about your town that is incorrect.
Write a letter to the editor of the magazine. In your letter
correct the information in the article
explain why it is important for the magazine to give correct information
suggest what the magazine should do about this situation
Dear Sir,
I am writing this email to express my annoyance due to the incorrect information shared in your magazine about my town.
To be presize, the incorrect sentence was in the last article on page 20. The last sentence stated that my town has 25 museums while in fact it has 50 museums. The correct number is approximately double the number mentioned in your article.
It is unacceptable for a well-known and an international magazine to share information without reviewing it by your journalists. Many tourists from the whole world are visiting my town and this incorrect information will greatly affect the tourism in my town.
I would appreciate it if you correct this information in your next edition and even on your facebook page to solve the situation.
Yours faithfully,
Nourhan Magdi
