Dear Sir/Mam

I am writing this letter to share my dissatisfaction with your travel agency for a recent booking of my travel with your agency. Booking reference no. 1129a, the trip was for Paris on 13th of May. Although, there are very good reviews about your company. But to my satisfaction it came to be a nightmare.

Firstly, I would like to give a brief about the reason behind my unhappy experience it was all going well until I landed Paris. After coming out of the airport there was no pickup service available as promised. In order to get to the hotel I had to struggle to get a taxi and wait in a long queue. But it didn't end up there, the hotel accommodation was as dirty as it could with no ventilation at all. Near the accommodation only a few restaurants could be found which close at 10 p.m.

When the trip ended I was happy that I will reach home and relax. The points I would suggest you to consider here are the basics of a travel are good accommodation, nearby locality and commuting. Please strongly consider these things in your improvement list.

Kindly consider a refund for my trip.

Yours sincerely,

John
