I am writing about the holiday trip that I passed one week ago to Turkey with your travel agency service.I would like to mention that I was not satisfied and I could not enjoy my trip how I imagined.I excpected your quality of services is perfect because my friends adviced me.
I would like to explain why I am not satisfied with your holiday.Firstly, the fligt time was changed before trip and your organazer informed me just one day before the trip, it caused to decline my doctor appointement also I became upset a lot.Secondly, the service of hotel and my room was awful.In addition, my room was dirty.
I hope you would consider this problems and have a solution for them. I recommend that check all the time flight, hotel location and another options one week before the trip. I wish my request is valid and logical enough to draw your attention and I would apperciate if your team compensated.
I am looking forward to answering my letter soon.
