Dear Mr. Ken
Allow me to introduce myself. my name is Alex tran, a first year student at Tampere university. I'm writing with regards to the lost of my stud<a>than</a>ent card that caused troublesome to my student life.
Let me explain the situation. I only came into realization of the card disappearance couple of days ago after finishing my Strategy workshop. Perhaps the card was dropped somehow on the bus I took that day. I was in a hurry that literally nothing catched my attention.
As you are aware of the functionality of the student card, I have had experienced difficulties in paper printing as I had to manually type in my username and password instead of just placing the card on the card reader. Likewise, the library also does not permit any borrowing without a student card. To make it worse, I failed to receive a 40% discount applicable for student when I dined at the university cafeteria. Such experiences have made my student life more miserable, especially when I'm living on a budget currently.
I would be grateful if you can proceed to provide me with a new card. Understand that it's only one week before Christmas, but I need to grab some Finance books to study for the exam after holiday season.
