The Director of Student Affairs,
sir,I have lost my student identification card during traveling from university to my home in some where in bus or any other place.how ever i try my level best to find it ,despit of lots of struggle i could not find.In accordance, with university rules no one can enter university without card which is also impotant for liberary and thesis submission and also in exermation which are very near almost on the head.In last Few days i cannt attend my class for my reseach its complesory for me to meet my supervisore which is also delaying day by day.kindly, issuse me a new identification card so,that i can continue my studies.
