Dear Sir,
I am writing to you regarding the acknowledgement of recipient my new HDFC credit card. Although I received my courier packet on last Monday, the card was missing from the packet. Fortunately, I made a video while opening the packet so that I could keep it as a memory.
This is a serious disappointment from a bank like HDFC. I have never expected such kind of mismanagement from your bank. There might be a possibility that some had stolen my card from the courier.
My request you to immediately block my card without any delay and ask for investigation for this issue. Do not take this concern lightly as someone’s hard earning may be on stack and this card might be misused. Moreover, we should implement a double-check method before sending as document or package to you client by your quality team.
Hope you will take prompt action and will not get such repetition in future.
