Dear Sir,
My name is Ben Saud and I have been using your premium banking services for nearly ten years. I am writing in response to your letter requesting an acknowledgement of a new bank card and would like to inform you that the debit card was missing from the envelope. Let me explain the situation in detail.
To elucidate I had placed a request for a new debit card as the electronic chip of my old debit card was not working properly. Although I received an envelope however to my surprise it was empty hence I am really concerned about the missing debit card. Additionally, I would like to highlight that in the past, similar incidents have happened with my friends leading to the unauthorized use of their card at various retail outlets leading to huge financial loss.
Lastly, I would like to understand the action which your bank will take in order to recover the missing card.
I look forward to your email with a detailed response.
Yours sincerely
Saad
