Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you that my debit card was missing from the envelope sent to me on 9/9/2019. Just by looking at the envelope I could analyze that it had been tampered with and was shocked to find out that the debit card was missing.
To elucidate I am deeply concerned regarding the misuse of my debit card by the person who stole it. Recently I have also deposited money in my savings account and I am a bit worried about the money withdrawal by the ATM machines. I suspect that the card was stolen during the dispatch or the delivery process and I am concerned regarding the security measures that your bank takes while dispatching confidential mails of the customer. Additionally I would also request you to block my card immediately to prevent any misuse.
Moreover I would also be keen to know what immediate actions would you able to take to address this issue and avoid any misuse of my banking card.
I look forward to your immediate response.
Yours sincerely
Saud
