Dear sir,
My name is Tom Smith. Recently, I booked the hotel via your travel agency to enjoy summer holidays with my family in Maldives. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction for the provided facilities and amenities during the trip. On 20 March 2018, I reserved hotel villa 5 star for my stay and the reference number of booking is 8 x y z m a l ind.
During the trip, I faced various problems from the beginning to end. Firstly , the behavior of hotel staff was awful. Owing to this, the balcony of deluxe room was filthy and room service was not excellent. Secondly, the mattresses was too atrocious due to this I suffered from itching in the night. Lastly, the severed cousins smelled odorless and not delicious. Moreover, they charged extra service charge for meals even all included in the tour package.
However, I am highly disappointed and frustrated from your reputed travel agency. I felt that you management will look and took serious action against partner hotel. I am enclosing the details of various biased bills and looking for compensation.
I am seeking for positive response from your side soon.
