Respected Sir/Madam ,
I am Aishwarya , a passenger who travelled from Pune to Chennai in 6E409 on 20th May .I am writing this to thank one of your employee for the timely assistance he did and to appreciate the way he handled the problem.
My flight had a transit in Bangalore .I had booked my luggage to be directly collected from my destination, Chennai. When I landed in Chennai, I was waiting to collect my luggage from the respective baggage carousel . But to my dismay, I found it was missing . I contacted the executive at the nearby Indigo counter ,Shiva. Once I explained my issue, he reassured me that he will do his best to find my luggage. He connected with his team and found that the baggage was unloaded in Bangalore and was still there.
Finally , he arranged for the baggage to be sent in the next possible flight and also for it to be door delivered to my home. Since I had my college certificates inside my baggage and an interview scheduled the next day , It was a life changing event for me.
I would really like to appreciate Shiva for being polite and prompt with his responses. Though it was his job to help me , the empathy he showed was not everyone's cup of tea. Once again, I would like to thank Shiva and the management for helping me find my lost luggage.
