Dear Mark,
How have you been? It has been a long time since we last met. I am writing this letter in reference to inform you that I have moved to a new house.
To elucidate the main reasons of relocation were limited space availability in my existing apartment and lack of major amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool moreover it used to take a lot of travel time from my office which used to affect my leisure activities. The new condominium is a three two bedroom apartment located at the outskirts of the city much closer to my office. It provides all the modern comforts like a gym, swimming pool, sauna and 24 hours security. Additionally, due to its superb location, you can see the see the panoramic view of the lake from the alfresco part of the apartment.
Why don’t you come over this weekend? Since I have moved in last week I am inviting all my college friends. I believe it will a great opportunity to meet our old friends and have some fun.
