Essay topics:

You have recently moved to a different house.

Write a letter to an English-speaking friend. In your letter

Explain why you have moved.
Describe the new house.
Invite your friend to come and visit.

Dear John,

I am writing you to let you know that I have changed my old house and moved into the better one. It is situated across the street from the pervious one.

My last house was based on old construction. It needed an immediate renovation as most of the plaster on the ceiling was falling apart. So, inspite of bearing a expenditure of setting up an old house from scratch I decided to bought a new one. In addition, I was in a search of house with more rooms as my parents are planning to visit me for a month. They will be needing their separate room to stay.

This new house has two bedrooms and a separate living room which would be great in terms of comfort for my family hoping to visit next week. Moreover, it is situated around the corner of the street from where super market and park is only few minutes walk away. In this way, it will be easy for my parents to entertain themselves while I'll be on my job.

I wish, you could also pay a visit with your family whenever you get a break from your job.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

All the best,

Nusrah
