Hope you are back from Cannada and are doing well.
Well, I have a news. I have left Aviva Life Insurance and now I am working with Sunlife as a customer experience specialist. As you already know, I was planning to switch my job from quite a long time. After completing my diplome in Client dealing, I was more interested towards a job where actually I can interact with clients. I believe Sunlife has offered me the right Job profile which I was actually looking for.
Here at Sunlife, I am supposed to take care of three departments. I have to ensure that concerns and queries of the customers are resolved as per their satisfaction. Apart for this, preparing regular reports is also an important aspect of my kep responsibilities. I will be directly reporting to Vice president of my department.
There is one more interesting news and I am sure you will be happy to hear that me and Laura are getting married on 20th of next month. I will soon share details of all the events but this is an update so you can plan your leaves accordingly and mark your presence at the wedding.
