Hope you are doing fine.

I am writing to inform you that, soon I am migrating to London for my new Job. I will be joining as a Finance Manager in Capital Private Limited. I also tried reaching you by Phone but your number was not available.

I need your help, as London is new to me. It would be helpful if you can find accommodation for me. You might be in touch with property brokers as you are living in London for quite a long time.

I have done little research on the internet, and as per my research, khan street is close to my office. I am looking for a 1BHK apartment as I am alone and it will be sufficient for me. It would be really helpful if I can get an apartment which is fully equipped with power back. If you think, the proximity of any other street is close to my office then you can check there as well. Preferred rent will be up to $300 per month as this is the budget given by my office.

One more important thing, it is mandatory for me to enter into a rental agreement for 12 months as per my company policy. My movement date will be 15 June 2018.
